Shuttle departs Florence Airport (Amerigo Vespucci, FLR) at 16:00. Please be at the arrival point by 15:45. We will send the exact pickup location and a WhatsApp contact closer to the date. Plan your flight to land no later than 15:00 to allow time for baggage and a relaxed transfer.

Shuttle departs Poggio Ubertini at 10:30, arriving Florence Airport at approximately 11:30. Please book any onward flights for 13:00 or later to allow for traffic and check-in.
